Access violation .. Help !!

Some plz help !!

I logged out yesterday without any problem... this morning I can not log back on ?

I get the message :

Access violation exception generated at 0x673A4D ...... and something it tried to write data into virtual memory.. HELPPPP

I tried updating my geforce card's driver and even installed dirextx 9.0c ... Nothing helps ...

Try to re-install the game so it can patch it again maybe works.

The problems has been fix.. THANX ALOT TO senior GUIDE RAYA

If any of you out there see this problem.. the fix is simple... remove (take a backup just in case) the files in the folder named SAVE in yuor Ryzom directory.. and restart the game... NOTE ALL UER MARKERS ON MAPS WILL BE LOST.

Yes all of the above too... ..... But compared to not being playing ..well I can live with it.
