...and from the other left field... The ability to change characters without having to log out of the game.

With the introduction of PvP in patch 2 I want to see some balance of the combat skills. Right now, Piercing with Ignore Armor is the only really effective Melee skill in PvP or anything else. I'd like to see Bleeding and Slow reviewed so that they are somewhat more balanced with Ignore Armor. If Bleed did the same damage over a shorter time it would probably help. Right now though, duels don't normally last much more than 10 seconds so the extra damage doesn't get much of a chance to be applied. If Slow worked at all I would be happy. Last time I checked it did nothing.

I'd like to see more people using things other than Pikes.

Just a few ideas and wishes for this game.

1) A yubo as a pet. Non combat (cant attack or be attacked). Just a cute little mob that runs around with you and you can feed, pet, and generally pass time when your sitting and healing or just waiting for something.

2) Mini Games - Fishing, gambling, etc for players to have something to pass time and therefore play longer.

3) Exploration Skills - Some of us are explorers by nature but the wilds are just too dangerous to wander and explore alone. So how about some skills that allow a player to camoflage himself from aggressive mobs? For a certain duration the user can pass hidden from other aggressive creatures unless he initiates an attack in which case he/she is open to attack. Also a downtime between use so it wouldnt be used a first strike skill. Foraging for animal food could also be made available in this.

4) Libraries - How about some ability to set up libraries for players to run and manage letting write stories, chronical their character's history, or just give tips or advice. Two items would be added. Books and parchment. These could be used with a notepad/wordpad style interface to write the text. Then could be stored in a new building.

Heavy war mounts
Armor for heavy war mounts
Craft tree addition to Armor crafting for heavy war mount armors

Heavy lances (1 Handed ((couched) so shield can also be employed but not secondary weapon) - used exclusivly while mounted on heavy war mounts
Cavalry Carbines - useable while mounted or on foot

Additions to the skill trees for the above skill sets as appropriate

Mounted vs mounted battle. both against mounted npc (fast raiders) and players. Addition of "fast raider" npc tribes. Mounted, roving and lethal.

Crew served weapons - need full group of 8 players to portage, assemble and operate. Capable of indirect AoE fire for use in g vs g and invasion battles only. should be top end craft skills. Should require full guild cooperation to build. Should be "capturable" in pvp.

Additions to skill trees where applicable.

1) an online indicator and chat option in the guild member list as is done w/ contact list. Man how much i would love this simple addition :D
2) along w/ logging from game, the ability to change characters :)
3) teleports are annoying just sitting in my inventory not able to hide them. Allow us to hide/group whatever teleports
4) guild hall - dont own one yet but from what i have heard

.. ability for other ppl out of the guild to enter appon aproval of an officer
.. ability to allow members to take out just a single item or a type of item
.. new storage system - The current storage system doesnt allow for growth. Why not start the guild hall with 0 storage (it would cost less due to this). You can then buy crates, lockers, drawers, etc... You could get bigger and smaller ones of each. Also, each would have an advantage then others. Like drawers could hold only mats and light armor, but they would be more efficient at doing so then a locker would be. And so on with the rest. This would give more dinamics to it and allow the guilds to customize it.
.. Allow us to go strate from our guild hall to our apartment if it is in the city for a more central feel to it.
5) coordinate system for map
6) exact marker adding on map or whatever
7) new crafting area - crafting for packer/mount allow to craft new saddles bags armor stuff for the meks. Just one type, no need for light,med,heavy. The bonuses for them wouldn't be high. They would allow us to customize are animals more and give a tad boost :D
8) as zumwalt mentioned: Be able to harvest food for your mount & Be able to grow food for your mount in your apartment

1/ Packer bulk and weight to be increased on the tougher packers , so theres a reason for buying the higher priced ones even if you do keep them stabled all the time

2/ Apartment sharing - be able to grant one person full access (like high officer in GH) and two others to have delivery only access (like member in the GH)

3/ A filter/blocker for TELLs to include options such as DND (do not disturb -all tells blocked) ,Guild only ,Friends only , Guild and Friends , ALL -allowed. Also a means to limit the amount you can recieve at any one time and the ability to have TELLs appear as extra chat channels instead of pop-ups (and not take/reset focus/target when they first pop-up/activate)

4/ Map markers - user selectable colours as an option for map markers , Teleports and Tribe camps to be "auto-marked" -pops up a marker like a spawn does once you visit it

5/ Hands bar Icons -ability to select which icon from within an action will be used for the hands bar icon for that action

6/ Ticket filter -Show/Hide filter for tickets in the inventory

7/ Harvest sources to finish when empty as well as once the prospected time runs out - I can see the source is empty but im stupid enough to keep digging ?

Ive been thinking abit more about this and there is a problem -you may need to keep extracting once the source is empty to increase the quality . So id change it from the source ending to being able to "Take" the mats once there are no more in the source (ATM you have to wait until the prospection time runs out). The source would finish once the time ran out or the mats were taken

8/ The highest "normal mob" ie not including Boss types of each mob type in each region to drop "choice" mats ie Prime/Baying/Sprightly would give choice in a lvl 50 region (reverting to their current drops if they are in a higher or lower region ie sprightly only drops "Fine" in a lvl 100 region)

9/ Boosted items to show their main boost (health/sap/stam/focus) type in their Icon

10/ Craft time (action duration = 2secs) to be mat related atleast to a degree -why should a two mat earring take as long to craft as a (insert new mat number) mat heavy helmet ?

11/ Race differences (and terrain) - Zorais used to run faster id like to see this back (with a balancing ability for the other races) , something like :-
Zorais : run/walk "fast" in Jungle and Forest but they swim "slow"
Matis : run/walk "fast" in Forest
Fyros : run/walk "fast" in Desert and Lakeland (beach) but they swim "slow"
Tryker : swim "fast"
Forest is a lower form of Jungle, Lakeland (beach) is a lower form of Desert hence Zorai and Fyros are adept at moving in two terrain types this is balanced however by their poor swiming ability (a terrain type neither is acustomed to). Roots is an alien terrain for all races and there are no differences here

12/ Knowledge stanzas as an option for tracking -gives the same information (along with the distance display) as displayed by prospecting with knowledge

13/ Map centering - hitting the triangle "Center Map" Icon whilst looking at a map other than the one your character is located on returns you to your characters current map (centered on your character)

14/ Target window "T" atm the target name/description is on one line ,freguently this is not enough and there is room for a two line name/description within that window ie:-

Raw Material Source
[PeteJ]

instead of

Raw Material Sou...

15/ Another row for icons on the Hands Bar ,maybe a static set (always there no matter which hands bar you are currently using) , twenty just isnt enough :)

Attriute caps on jewelry like exist on weapons and armors. These caps can be very broad, rather than the specific ones that exist on weapons and armor, but they should exist. ie you can have any attribute at 90 to wear Q100 jewelry, but you need to have at least one up there.

The ability to transfer one character to another account!!!

Please do something with the chat boxes, so that they do not pop up when a person logs on/off, or at least make the cursor stay put when their boxes pop up.

Make the player exhange box to hold more items.

Make my packer squeal or something when it is under attack so that it gets my attention.

1.Maybe just add tickets to thier own tab so you wont even have to filter them.

2.fix targeting group members with the keyboard (maybe its just me but ctrl f1 and such does not work and when i change the keys it still does not work)

3.allow atleast 4 people to be assigned to your apt and able to use the inventory. (many families play and pool thier resources and dapers)

4.ability to take all windows off of the screen for nice screen shots (maybe there is i just have not found it yet)

5. ability to swim and possible forage underwater.

6.ability to do emotes in water.

- Better permissions for GH Vault Access
- Ability to Create own chat channel w/ optional password for people to join.
- specialty CC stanzas - require strategy like backstab etc.
- Specialty Strategy stanzas for all combat types - CC first
- Stack Tickets, Sap crystals (make Sap crystals non-transferable, or non stacking
during trading)
- Create/modify stacked 'sets' of armor/jewelry for easier bulk management.
- Mission material prospect stanzas...most important imo
- More Keyboard oriented user friendly interface
- Better Map location marking, including sorting and filtering of 'classified' labels
- Ability to target known (you've talked to them before...even if just asked missions)
NPCs in your compass- wouldn't be a problem if we had more map points to
distinguish their general region
- More Map points
- More craft rites requiring and rewarding specialization
- 1-5% 'holding fee' for retrieved items on market.
