They are still taking my money (and yours) while they struggle to keep to promises that are an implicit part of the Ryzom contract. They are now in breach of that contract.
I've kept giving it one more week, but I don't know how long that can last. I will make my point to the devs (if they ever get our messages) but on my own it means nothing.

Its a MMORPG, and as every MMO, the game evolves with time.
I take it you have never had experience with a MMO before?
Otherwise, you'd be used to the buggy patches, the silent nerfings, and all the delays.

No they are not, you obviously have not read the EULA.

That is entirely your choice to make, even though you'll face the same "problems" with other MMOs
