Two nights ago I finally made it to a third port in PR with some help from a friend. This was done after hours of trial and error. I died over and over again and maxed my DP to 1.88 mil. But this was all worth it. I was so ecstatic I had gotten the port and proceeded to pull up these marvelous mats. When I had my bag as full as I could get it, I ported as quick as I could to my packer so I could begin to craft beautiful armor with what I had found. I managed to make some Q70 heavy MQ pants, sleeves, boot and Q70 heavy HQ vest and they all turned out to be white with some nice stats. I was so excited about this I tried it on and it was so lovely I told my friend he had to come see it right away. He ported in and was astonished and asked if he could try it on. I said sure np and handed it over to him to see what it looked like on him. When we were done playing around modeling this new armor, he handed it over to me right after the message came that the server was going down. He gave me all 4 items and not long after I clicked accept, the server went down. The next day I logged on and to my horror all of the beautiful armor was gone!! Gone!! So I saw my friend online and told him what had happened and asked if he could check his bags to see if he still had them because maybe it just wasn't saved that he had given them to me. He looked in his bags and sure enough found pieces, BUT only 2 of them. He was as positive as I that he had given me back all 4 but yet here were only 2 of the pieces. I even tried logging off and back on again to see if they showed up but was to no avail. So at that point I sent in a report under the subtitle 'missing items' and a short while later I received a reply. I was told by a GM "Sorry, we don't reimburse missing items. Thanks.

" Needless to say after going through what I did to get these items and make them, I was upset and replied. He didn't answer me so I sent another tell letting him know how upset I was and found that not only did he not respond to me, but had logged off.
I am very upset, discouraged and let down by these actions and their policy. GM's have always been very quick about answering and solving problems, but of late I am finding that though they respond quick, it's of no point as things do not get fixed quickly if at all anymore. What is the point of even having a category to report on for missing items if they don't even reimburse? I don't know the technical issues of doing this but I know they can do it and their refusal to do so is simply ridiculous. We are paying customers and should not have to go through hours of trying to accomplish something and lose it due to an error in their system and be told basically tough too bad. I have always been a HUGE supporter of this game and have even brought a number of people over from EQ not to mention my Mom and I have 3 accounts between us. I am finding this more and more difficult to recommend this game when such things happen. As sad as it is to say because I love this game, due to the issues and problems as of late and the lack of enthusiasm to fix them, I can say if this doesn't change, I will be looking at other games to play as they come out. I can't imagine I would be the only one if this kind of attitude is going to continue towards their customers. This would be such a shame because this game has so much to offer if things are taken care of as they should be.
I have also found that I have been missing TP tickets it seems and at first thought it my fault for maybe not remembering to buy them until a third one came up missing and speaking to another who was having the same problem and thought it was he, too, until I mentioned I was having the same problem as he. I had thought to report this, however, after this fiasco with my missing armor, I feel I shouldn't even bother as it will do no good. That's just sad. So much for Nevrax listening to people.
