Correction on basic missions, Level DOES matter. Go to Dyron with a character under level 100 and try to get a mission, NOPE, can't get a one. I still can't get a mission from the guy at the north entrance to Pyr and just hit level 94 desert foraging.

In ANY mission, level DOES matter, and I would think rites would be even more so, since some of the rewards, according to other players that I know that have done ALL of them that they can do...due to fame issues and tickets to other lands, are skills. It would NOT make sense to reward a level ten melee with a skill that would be more suited to a level 200 melee, that would GROSSLY imballance the game. It wouldn't matter if PVP were a situation that you could turn off and not have to deal with, but with even LIMITED PVP, ballance will matter.

We've covered this before, when the easter egg hunt was released people rushed out to find prereqs and now that they have the prereqs the npc who would have actually given you this mission/rite sequence in the first place no longer will which means you WON'T be given the ritual task or task giver info so you have to go all over hell and back to find this information. IF the ritual task itself was made available in Chapter 2 by the devs then you will be able to get the ritual mission (i.e. ragus, geography -> majestic garden, and the aristan -> jewelry).

Alot of people now can't do the rites in order since they participated in the easter egg hunt and have no choice but to do it backwards.

How can i do them backwards ? One rite i know that should work (as tested on ATS) isnt offered to me by the rite giver, and i have all small bubbles filled (because of the easter egg) so no way of progressing further. :(

That is just not true. The first rite mission I did was one where I had the prereqs completed. The only thing that changes is that you get the mission offered right away. The mission I am talking about is the bartender one in Zora.

I have more heart than anyone would know :) I will let you in on a little secret... I am doing this for my newborn daughter... no one else... I like that game, but I do not have the time anymore. My first priority is to my daughter. End of story.

I didn't say anything about not being able to do the mission.

Anyone know who gives these rites away:

Ragus/Kizoar/ Karavan 1/ Majestic Garden ???

If so please do tell!

Or make it vague...

Cause I am still wondering if only Indegents (spelling? Near the sages) and Barmans are the only ones that give out the whole info on rites?
