server's down... then log on to Klients to check on its status, and wait 10 mins for it to come back up, where's the hurry here, you're not gonna have a heart attack for a 10 mins downtime.

i shouldnt have to download another program,the server status should be working on the mainsite

I can smell the "we're paying for this" reply, so hear:
-server crashes are unavoidable, try another game, get the same

Dear dam23, it is truly hard for me to control my emotions right now, 'cos I really love this game, but fanbois make me sick... No it's, not normal for a game to freeze, and may I remind you, that movies don't freeze or crash so please be so sweet and don't compare the two things. In my humble opinion, what you will surely take for flaming, if we don't wine, they won't do anything abou it. So please allow us to wine, and don't tell we are not giving anything to the game. We have real life you know, and we want to enjoy the time we spend here. I guess Nevrax fixed most of the bugs quite fast, so I'm not totally unsatisfied, but yet bugs are disturbing and we will continue to wine. If you don't like it don't our winings don't read them. Thank you.

This must have been a great patch, I know it had me up late running around the towns. Quite forums = good patch

PR harvesters happier - still to be 100% proven
Rites - 90% work promised fix in 24hr for those in Tryker that don't
Mounts - they are just great, worth every dapper
3 packs + 1 mount - nice add, with no loss
Inv buff for House and Guild - WOOT!
Crafting changes - Awesome, a bit of a boost to lvl 50+ and lvl 150+ nice touch to the improved stats on MQL and HQL
Fame money system seems to work now - to be proven

Why you dont *need* to dl it to check on the status, however, its pretty logical that they cant run a server-check ever second, so there's a lil delay between the crash, and the status update
