To the West of Zora I have seen a camp containing a master of resources and behind it up the hill towards Stainmoor Gate there are lots of kitins to kill.

I haven't yet found the Masters of War and Crafting - so If you know where those are let me know.

I have a week off work and no gf for 4 days starting on Friday night - so I'll be playing from 7pm on Friday night right the way through till Monday morning without a break or sleep - then I'll sleep on Monday all day.

So I can be around then to help - but until Friday I'm gonna be busy with work etc

the war camp is to the north of zorai not far from the gate at all, a little to se of Stainmoor. The crafting camp is pretty much directly north of the war camp. It's on a hill with a bandit camp right next door.

If you head into the knoll of dementia to the west of Zorai there are many q130 secretion spots to be found. I spent a long session prospecting the whole of the knoll. The western area (w/sw of Zora) looked promising with many secretions to be found and away from the patrol roots.

but.... after scouting an area, seeing no patrols, waiting for 5mins with radar at 250m and still nothing. I started extraction, and bam, patrol spawned (teleported?) at about 150m and headed straight for me :( they are crafty so and so's imho

Best mention the Zora Armour NPC camp is overlaping a bandit camp. The Zora Springers so anyone lending a hand watch out :)

Hard to tell how well we are progressing but after being to Dryon all i can say is i'am thankfull we decided to build our cities in the bark folds.

going to ticket that camp see if it was a mistake cant confirm it but looks like a camp a Zora Corpral etc would send you to destroy, seems odd having imperial guards mixing with bandits, then being v slow to protect you.

nb. Spirian in game, if i can help showing people around etc i can try :)

Please tell me I'm wrong, but so far there has been no threat at all from the Kitin, i have been playing for over two months and nothing has happened at all.

GM managed events? lol, They (the GMs) decide the outcome, not the players.

Where is the threat, the tension, the war? Where is the intense pvp between the races?

Sticking with the game atm, because it promises more than any other, but not for much longer.

If we had wanted carebear levelling etc there are plenty of alternatives with better graphics and a larger player base.

someone give us a reason to stay here plz.

are we playing the same game? have you been out and taken part in the event that's been running this week at all?? lay off leveling on the weaning meks for a while and come fight! I and about 60 others have been in Dementia this evening fighting off patrols, taking on a boss kincher that took 25 minutes to take down, etc, etc.

Ofcourse the GM's decide the outcome? So what! As long as I get the idea I have a change, i dont care.
And like what Rushin asks, have you been out there? We have been busy for a week to get a defence up. We put in a large amount of guild dappers to craft weapons and armors, so we could see the force of guards get larger.

If players decided the outcome by their own actions I'm guessing very little would happen aside from the global population of yubos dropping significantly. Roleplaying (if you've ever done that before) is influenced by player action but realised by the gm.

As a tabletop GM I can tell you that the only thing I give is a faint outline of a story, some NPC's, some locations and a general idea of the overall state the world is in at that time. This is the frame, the concept.
The rest of the story, the flesh and bones, the great plans and enormous failures (turned into something good sometimes too) is done by the players. I am not a director in a play, I am a facilitator for epic roleplaying. Sometimes I can just sit back and enjoy the story that the players are forming, listen to their planning and interaction and the fun they have, without me interfering. I facilitate that.

Now I think Ryzom is about the same.
The invasion was some kind of failure in Tryker, and it is hardly the players to blaim. I was very impressed by all the people who joined in, who did their very best. Even if we didnt make it to some kind of milestone in the amount of armours delivered, we did make a stand. And that will be noticed. If we did nothing, considered it a thing "that would go away", I am sure we would have noticed.
