getting.

feint gives you the option to perform a strike that does no damage and allows you to use the after feint stanza on the next strike, the after feint stanza is a credit stanza just like, use stamina, after dodge, etc.
good for when your stamina runs out and you need only a few more hits with accurate attack or whatever to down it

Feint's actually worth getting, although not high priority by any means.
Essentially, for the cost of a fake attack (the feint of description) you get an one time credit stanza offset essentially equivalent to that of attack after dodge or parry.
This means you can do special attacks without using stamina or hp without waiting on the mob to miss you. I find it useful, especially when I'm on my last legs in a fight and its a choice between that and hitting melee protect and speeding out of there when fighting a higher level mob that I need to use accurate attack to even hit.
The caveat is that, of course, your effective attack speed and DPS go in half as the first attack will do no damage. As well, you generally will find that later on you'll have to use some other credit stanza like hp to fully offset the cost of your attacks, so the usefulness isn't as great as you'd first think in that situation. This was a far more useful skill prior to patch 1, when fights lasted significantly longer with less damage per mob attack and going an extra minute with a mob didn't equal death.
Still, not the worst thing to have. However, I'd make sure to max out my stats, increase damage, accurate attack, self-heals for both hp and stam, attack after dodge or parry, speed boost, melee protect, invulnerability, and maybe ignore armor depending on your choice of mob before taking it. I have friends who are well past 200 who haven't taken it, so as I said at first, not high priority.
Hope that helps. Cheers.

It's good for bleed because once ya strike bleed lasts 10 seconds so when ya feint ya can strike with inc dmg + acc attack + bleed all max then start wacking again normal then feint again once every 10 secs but to be honest its alot easyer with attack after dodge.
