This is still confusing, since level 61 I dropped the dapper to get a set of q80 heavy armor. I'm level 78ish now and that armor is at about half life for hps. Most of my levels since 61 were gained while helping my roommate switch to defensive mage. He was level 10 when we started and is now around ...
