I suppose you could talk to the knights.....or infinity both of which are sociable, but im not sure how the timezone thingys work out cus the knights are aussies with some americans, while infinity is a conglomeration of europeans 1 aussie and americans

I really hate to break this to you.....but there are very few high lvl crafters that are not in guilds, you want that type of crafting then you are gonna have ta end up doin it yourself.
