Your not the only person to make an error when signing into the SoR system... I know they are working on a few issues to get you folks squared away and will probably contact you if they have your email or something. Plz check the website, I believe there is now an email contact address that will help significantly more than a post from "unregistered user".
Looks for something referring to NA billing support, if I can find a link I will drop back in here and hook you up.
