Billing Issue - Please Read!

Hi everyone,
We had an issue that could have caused some of you to be double charged between the 6th of January and the 11th.
We are working on fixing this issue and refund you.
If by the end of the week you have not been refunded, please do contact one of your GMs about that issue.
This problem should have just occured to players who edited their profile on http://www.ryzom.com.
We are sorry about any inconvenience it could have cause.
