Last night we were invaded in fryos. We killed three bosses and kept our outposts. The guards that were killed in the attack all respawned as far as I can tell. Good news indeed.
How did it go elswhere. I heard that matis was over run.

Weird things happened in Matia.
We had secured all our outposts, when we got an MOTD that Fyros needed help, so many Matis teleported to Dyron and Frahar Towers, where we helped to dispatch the kitin bosses. Then we got another MOTD saying that Matis was being overrun, so we teleported back.
When we got back to the Crafter camp, it was indeed overrun. We made great headway into re-securing the camp when suddenly the mobs and the guards and the entire camp disappeared!
It eventually re-appeared and we easily secured it. We then trekked to the Harvest camp, and it was fine as well.
As far as I know, in the end, we killed all our bosses and kept our outposts as well. Perhaps our lapse in protecting the Crafter camp while responding to the MOTD was considered a mission failure.

At the crafter camp, initially there were quiet a few mobs that came at it, then after we dispatched them, an MOTD came through about Matis was defended and the attack was on Dyron or what ever, we first attempted to clean to our harvest camp, gave up on that, and others went to Fyros to help, that is when I logged for the night.
According to the MOTD I heard, prior to Fyros being helped, Matis had won there initial round of attacks.

Jackmor,
That was definately a concern of mine and im really glad that you answered it. I was wondering if they were gonna respawn. Homins in Aedes Aqueous have spent a lot of time and dapper getting these guards to their towers and to see them slaughtered in the first wave would be a definate loss. I was thinking that we were gonna have to keep crafters at the war camp with a bunch of Packages on hand to keep the respawn going when the kitin decide to advance.
Its good to see the guards actually fighting now at the towers. It took them a while maybe to activate, but now that they are actually fending off nearby aggro, it makes the run from the Crafting camp to the War camp that much easier.
Any Homins in Tryker that can craft HA Vest or 2H Pikes or 1H Lances please come to Bounty Beaches tonight. These need to be quality 50 and above. Please bring your own materials if you can, Secretions are in short supply and our crafters are producing more that we can harvest. The invasion of Tryker is coming! We need as many packages of weapons sent to the war camp as possible! The way from the portal into BB and to the first camp (Crafting camp) is relatively free from aggro mobs. The time is now for all tryker to help prepare! As long as the invasion does not happen tonight, those of us in BB will try to help you get to the War camp safely.

@brakish, you could try getting secretions in other lands and transporting them to tryker en masse

Though i agree with you, our numbers are few in tryker and we dont have enough able homins to help get people back and forth from each camp. We have more that harvest rather than fight here, so it is easier i believe to just pull the mats than spend the time killing the Kitin for the secretions;and to harvest the secretions can be even harder with the constant aggro that it pulls in.

as a high level crafter/harvester im telling you the secretions are a waste of time
i already make tons and tons of crafted items, daily, that the camps want. so instead of selling my stuff to the shops, i just bring it to the craft camp and trade it for packages. through my regular day of harvest/craft i got 10 packages together for the fight camp yesterday, was too easy
ignore the harvest camp and the secretions, just have all crafters making q50 and up items the camp needs, bring them to the craft camp to exchange for packages.
then escort the people with the packages form the craft camp to the war camp
rinse and repeat

If we can manage to figure out a system to allow harvesters to get to the Kitin Secretion nodes that pop up in BB, then 30 harvested secretion get turned into 99 generic raw mats at the harvester camp. That would be tripling our harvester output, in addition to removing any need to harvest specific types of mats.
I've been doing like you and harvesting my own mats but I can't help but think that this isn't the most efficient approach.
I would really like to see a focused effort to get a couple of fighter groups to help the harvesters get those nodes. If the guards stationed at the tower there are now active and will help defend, this could end up being a lot easier than the first time it was tried.
P.S. This would also be a big time saver as we wouldn't have to run all over the place. If we could get a system where the harvesters were getting the secretion and running them to the NPC, crafters could be running back and forth crafting as fast as they can make the trip between the camps. It sounds like the guards at the intermediate towers are now defending and helping so this might not be too hard to set up at this point.

I think I heard that you are still short 4 mats even when you get the wondermats from the supplier, so we will still need some of our own pulled.
This decision can only really be made when we get to BB tonight and see how many homins we have that can help defend the harvesters. If we dont have enough defenders, maybe we can switch it to focused harvesting. Gfunk did it in his guild the other night from what i read, and it may be our next hope if this dosent work out. I am worried though that time is running short so we will have to act fast tonight.

It depends on what you craft.
Heavy Vests = 104 mats
Lances = 98 mats
Pikes = 100 mats
Shields = 104 mats
So if you can do the lances, you don't need any additional mats. For the others, just come with some extra mats and you'd be able to fill in here and there.
But us higher level harvesters could pull in 30 mats in just a couple of pulls. We could be generating stacks and stacks of generic raw material in no time.
Edit: did the math wrong on shields the first time.
