Ok, this reward business for the invasions is a horrible idea

I just was online and there is an invasion going on. During this you kill mobs, you get body parts from them. Then you take the body parts and turn them into a NPC for tokens. Then you turn in the tokens for various rewards. Sounds nice right? Wrong.
I'm going to use the claws as an example.
10 Kitin Claws = 1 Average Token.
1 Average Token = 1 Prime Token
5 Average Tokens = Fame
5 Average Tokens = 5000 daper
The rewards for cost 20, 30, 40, and 120 Prime Tokens.
Now the problem is that you can only turn in 10 claws per mission. And you can only turn in 10 average tokens for one prime token at a time. In addition you have to take a mission, answer some questions, and clear the mission for each set of claws or set of average tokens you turn in.
This turns into a time consuming nightmare. I just spent an hour and a half turning in about 300 claws. I spent 20 minutes fighting in the invasion. See the problem?
To make matters worse here places are being invaded. It is suppose to be a time when people run out and fight the Kitin. Instead the majority of players were either sitting around not knowing what to do or they were turning in their stuff for rewards.
I understand you want to make some sort of reward for the invasion. But all you have done is completly ruined the urgency and feel that the invasion is suppose to bring. Instead of fighting the Kitin, I spent more time trying to get a reward.
Dump the idea of giving loot rewards for invasions. Or at the very least redesign the system you have setup now. Invasions are suppose to be times when all the players go and fight off the invaders. That is not what is happening.
