Grats!! BTW I know of at least two other players already in from N.I. so that's very good as well 
Aye 'course its up to you but that would be, and is, my choice. Its down to NA vs EE assuming you want to stick to English. Slightly higher pop at the mo. on NA but that's understandable due to UK access problems - we're picking up fast now. Oh and of course there's the different time zone consideration...
An interesting point is that some NA players have also chosen to join EE...
