You could ask for help either by direct email to a gm, or go to the Klient program for help.

I would imagine you would be getting an email to the address you gave when you signed up for your free trial, advising you that your account is ending. I would also assume that it would tell you how to re-instate it.

Not an e-mail yet. But I will msg the GMs in game about it.
