Error Starting the game

When I tried to log on just now. I got an error at the end user license agreement. "Error: Selected shard is not available"
Cany you hlep me with this?

The server is down at the moment. Estimated Time of Completion : You go and guess. (Hee actually Nevrax never give the time)

I logged out 3 hours ago thinking they were just going to "reboot the server"... Now they're doing a patch?
