Server is moving really sloooow

Needs fixen. We are all on slow mo. It's really wierd.

This seems to happen at approximately 11 PM EST on a regular basis. Some routine that they are doing appears to be the cause. Not known as to what it is though.

Do we need to wait for a server reset or does it just go away? And how long does it usually last?

It's being rebooted.. normally takes around 15 minutes.

Bummer. One would think that if it was this regular one could identify it. The game itself I love, but these server problems can be most demoralizing.

And by the way, can you or someone explain to us non-technosavvy types just how this works? I have downloaded this, but have no idea how to make it do anything.

Hey guy, this is HammerSmith in game. I've gotten the chat to work....just double click on the icon, and use your name and password to log in. At least, that's how it should work.
Don't feel too bad about not being able to get in, though. I was in the chat area for about 90 minutes, and we never got any useful updates from the GM's about what was going on with the servers. Nor would they give us any ETA on when it would come up.
