Bravo to Nevrax for adopting such a stance in regards to their screw-ups.

They didn't say they 'will not' they said 'can not'.

The only fair thing would be to reset ALL our fame. Then everyone would be pissed. Not just the people who got shafted. Besides, there's lots of missions to do now with the encyclopedia. So people need to run those to get new skills / quests for unique items. Fame will go back up just because.

If you want some help with forage quests Fuzz, talk to me. We've got 20+ quest mat locations in our guild forum for CoI and it's growing. We just started it a couple days ago. What happened sucks and we'll help out our friends

Why would it only be fair if they reset everyone's fame? Feel free to elaborate here. I fail to see why you think everyone should have to have their fame reset to remedy this when only a few have fallen victim to this "feature".

No thx. I don't want help with missions. I have done thousands of missions before. I have done over a hundred since taking the fame hit from Fleeting Gardens.

That such a thing could even happen to characters on live servers and not be fixed is unacceptable.

Sorry for your loss Fuzz. Not much else to say, but i commend you for battling back even in the face of such a hit on your fame.

I dont see how it can't be fixed. All they have to do is go in and edit a small file of your character where ever they are saved. That's pretty lame I hope it gets fixed for ya Fuzz.

So this was that bug that you were talking about a day or so back. It should be cake for Nevrax to fix this situation for you.

I wonder if they'll explain the 'cannot be restored' part a little more clearly.
