everthing works fine until i log in my main avatar then it says theres a problem,all other avatars work just great on the same account. anyone else with advice out there?

2 things you have to explain "doesn't work" a bit more cause that doesn't narrow it down very much and part to of this two things is this is a tech support issue and is in the wrong forum

During Beta I ran into certain areas that caused problems for me and others but not all people (probably hardware related). I actually had friends tellme my toon showed up in game tho my client crashed. The only way to resolve this since i was in a continuous loop of load crash was to have a GM teleport my toon to a different location a short distance away and all was well.

Funny, I crashed twice during load times yesterday. 3rd time was a charm but it still wastes 10 minutes.

The issue roninpvp mentioned was fixed from what I have heard. If you can login but then crash as soon as you try to move...login, don't move and teleport to a new location.

If all your other toons work fine this is a fix that worked for me and others I know. In your ryzom/save/ directory delete the following files...

BACK UP THESE FILES FIRST

interface_yourtoonname.icfg
keys_yourtoonname.xml

You will lose all your landmarks, macros & actions but it should fix your problem.
