I want to know my fps

Hello there.
Can someone tell me if there is an ingame way to check my fps, just as I can check my connectionspeed?
In D2 you had this feature, I would like to see it in SoR too.

How much system resources does it take up? That would affect the framerate I would imagine.

This option used to be ingame, but they removed it

yeah, used to be on the Configuration window in game, on the titlebar.

Fraps uses very little resources, I didnt notice the difference as I turned off Itunes and TeamSpeak before testing with fraps. I think it kinda balances.
btw: Itunes really costs me fps. I need to find a way that will speed up the game most now as it seems disk I/O is the slowing factor.
