Group Fame?

Maybe I am missing this and it is already implemented, if so, slap me. I am wondering why a group does not have a collective fame. The thinking here being that I could include 1 Fyrosian in my group of Matis, and as a whole, we counteract and balance out her/his anti-karavan fame. As such while that person is in our group, they are being embraced, and the way too aggro pro-karavan tribes would not be interested in attacking that person or our group.
Let me know what you all think about this.

Fame doesn't work like that. The only time Karavan group will attack you is when you reach -100 personal game with them (or so I have heard, haven't made it there yet). In order to get to that point you really have to work hard and make it a goal. So anyone that is getting attacked by the Karavan or other tribes would of had to worked very hard to get to that point. As such if they are put in a situation where they are at risk, it is their own doing.
You also have to keep in mind what fame is. It is a measure of how well liked or disliked you are with groups in the game. If you are either loved or hated by a tribe or race, then the fact you are in a group for a short period of time would have no effect on their feelings for you.

GOOD question. I Have as Zorai almost 100 Fame towards the Fyros. So why can't I raise the racial fame? Why are there not at least arrows, so that we might know that something is happening at least? Shouldn't be it that way as it stands in the manual?
Oh, and the second statement is wrong. I have 100 personal fame towards the Kami and the T-pacts are non the less more expensive than the listed price, and I have -100 pf towards the Karavan and several associated tribes. The Karavan simply never attacks me, their T-pacts are the same price as the Kamis (?????) and the tribes attack me only if I start harving around their altar.
So I guess the fame system is heavily bugged and the global fame is simply useless atm.

Not sure what you mean here. I'm assuming that in your fame window you have either 100 global or personal fame with the Fryos. Are you asking why you can't raise the civ fame? If that is the case the answer is simple. If one person could effect the civ fame like that it would be way to easy for a group of players to completly screw up everyones game. In order to change the CIV fame pretty much every memeber of a race has to do something.

Actually Raynes it is all based on global fame, not personal fame and you don't have to be -100 with them in order for them to attack you. I have -86 Global fame with Sacred Sap and the guards around camp will attack me on sight even though my personal fame is only -55. I'm not sure where the cut off point is but it appears to be around -75 Global fame. I have -68 Global with the Sap Gleaners but they do not attack me on sight. One clarification, only the guards around the camps will attack you, as of right now, the wandering tribes that belong to the faction do not kill on sight.

That's not correct because I have a -80 global antikami fame and I can go into their camp with no problem.

If you can get fame with them, they are a tribe. They are a Karavan based group that has it's camp in the Grove of Umbra in Witherings.

i don't think the kill on site for tribes is based on fame. cause i've got lots of negative fame with the first deserters and they don't kill me on site
i think there's a trigger to set it off cause some of my guild mates have certain tribes kill on site and yet others don't even tho they have different amounts of fame

This would be bad for the game, IMO -- it would essentially render the idea of fame worthless, if you could get around your negative factions just by grouping.
