Target Window Problem

Hi, I have a new problem since patch: When I target for example a Gingo, in my target window is a name, like: "Linio Chevalli - Yrkanis Guard" or something like that. And if I go to the stable boy, there every Mek is named: ..."missingsomething.blabla...". The same with some items at traders. the price is "0", then i click it, price eg 10000, then i buy and 15000 dappers gone..... have I to reinstall??? Please not!!!!! Any Idea?

These are all know bugs, described in full in many forum posts already.
No need to reinstall, just wait for a patch.
