I see some people have Sigs (GMS and such) and some just registerd players. Am i just stupid and cant find where to put mine, and what about avatars?

No you're not. Finding your control panel just isn't very convenient at the moment. Click the Private Messages link under the greeting to see your control panel. There you'll be able to modify avatars and such.

If you don't have the Private Messages link there, as it might be disabled, then just add someone, anyone, to your buddy list and you'll be able to see your panel during that.

If you scroll down and see a listbox titled "forum jump" one of the options is the user control panel.

But before that you must be browsing a forum, can't do that from main index for example. Be that as it may, it's still a bit hassle atm :)
