Logging on and being able to see my parry amounts made me sad. No matter what I did, I could never get them above my dodge! My dodge was 83 with nothing on and my parry was 62. Nothing I did lowered my dodge (I have 0 Dodge and 0 Parry armor). I put on a shield with +21 parry and got my parry up to 83. From what I've heard from others, Parry very rarely gets above 4 or 5 more than your dodge. I also haven't found any weapons or armor besides shield that give +Parry.

Anyway, share your experiences with P/D!

For parry the big deal seems to be your weapon and for dodge your armor. All I had to do to get parry to the same as dodge is equip a weapon.. then I equipped a shield and it was 25 over dodge. I have seen -1 mods on armor for dodge.. but that's about it.
