Ryzom

I've downloaded ryzom 14 day trial, i start it up, create an account, go onto patching, i do that, then i restart the client, then it starts checking the integrity, then i get an error message saying:

Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program\Ryzom\Ryzom\client_ryzom_rd.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information.

And in the Ryzom window:

Can't delete file:. \unpack\font.Bnp (13,permission denied)

Please help

ME too!! Dang it I just was able to resubscribe after going through the frenchies lame "in progress" payment deal and now I can't play!

Exclude the Ryzom directory from Real-time Antivirus programs' scans.

Run the recovery program in the Ryzom directory.

Unfortunately, ryzom_recover repatches to an older version of the game (it's the login screen from version 27)... so you log in and have to download the patches all over again... and that causes the same error all over again. Ryzom_recover, if it ever worked properly, doesn't seem to work now. At least for me.
