SoR provides a nice in game email and guild forum feature. Here are some easy steps for accessing the email system:
This is the pad, you may think it's your friend but it's not...right click on it and select icon mode for something that won't hide the ragus that's about to eat you.
This is the icon menu, it's your friend, know it well.
Clicking the windows button (bottom row second from right) will pop up this window:
Note the Communication area containts Main Chat, System Info, Contact List and Mailbox. Put a check next to mailbox to open the email system. For future reference, notice that the Guild & Team area has Guild Info, Guild Forum and Team, SoR provides an in game forum for your guild.
After you put a check next to mailbox, close the windows dialog and you'll see your mailbox.
Send yourself a message and become familiar with it. There is no in game notice that you've received a message; so if you're going to use it, remember to check it regularly.

- Press K to see your key list or press Shift + K to see your macro list, the result is basically the same, these directions will assume the use of the key list (press K)
- Click New Key in the upper right of the dialog
- Set Category to Windows
- Set Action to Show / Hide
- Set Name to Mail box
- Click the key field and assign a key, if the key is already assigned to another action it will warn you in the assign dialog
- Click OK on both dialogs to save your key assignment
