Error 53, from what I been seeing in Klients and the other message boards might be a result of having signed up from the forums and not from the game. I am not sure, one of the CS/CM folks should be able to get you all hooked up and in the game soon... There are many folks that signed in outside the game and canceled or did other things that the system didn't like... Hopefully you can get squared away soon...
