The descriprion on Concentrate 1 says something like 'lets you cast at a skill level UP TO 25 levels higher' (my capitals).
How variable is this? And, of course, zero maybe could be considereed to be UP TO........
So, do you always get some sort of bonus or not? Is it random between 0 & 25, between 1 & 25 or worked some other way?
Is there a rule of thumb as to how much 'extra' you get from a spell cast, say, 25 lvls higher. Any notes I keep are not extensive enough for me to evaluate it.
As always any other info, suggestions etc that anyone has about this will be gratefully received
