FS Lost

When I normally play the game I usually get a ping around 200-400, but something happens during night play. My ping rises to 1500-2500, and for every 10s there is 10s period of connection status switching between connected and FS lost. Also my upload rises from normally staying at 200-300 to around 1k.
Naturally I check my internett connection which seems fine. I've tried relogging and rebooting, but neither gives any result.
I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to make this go away?
