What's up with the login server?

I keep getting this:
Error: <b />
<b>warning</b>: mysql_connect():too many
connections in
<b>/nevrax/public_html/index.php</b>on line
<b>185</b><b />
0:can't connect to database host:rssqiL user:login
Am I the only one getting this thing or what?

The login server is down. The system admin is working on it as we post. It should be up pretty soon.
