From ATS: cosmetics review

For those of you who have no access to the ATS, here is a review of the upcoming cosmetics merchants.
Currently I know about the ones located in Fairhaven. There are 4 of them, 2 hairstylists and 2 tatooists. They are standing on Land's End platform, near the trainers, just like any other merchants.
From what I can tell, there is no minimum fame requirement to use them, at the moment. You can walk up to them and buy a new hairstyle, hair colour or tatoo, as many times as you like. Prices are in the range 10-15k.
There are two or three new hairstyles that are not available on the character creation screen, and there appear to be some new tatoos as well. No new colours though.
In my opinion, the current arrangement seems good, although I think the price is a bit too high. I hope they keep it as it is now and don't put any fame requirement on it, or if they do, have it be the 16 fame that you start with for your race.
