By default, the forum is set to display only threads from the last one month. The Beginners' Guide forum contains a lot of useful threads, which unfortunately get hidden as they get older.

To show older threads, notice the Display Options at the bottom of the Beginners' Guide forum. There is an option called "from the:", which you should set to "Beginning". This will not stay permanent however, you need to redo this every time you visit the forums.

To make the setting permanent, you need to go to your User Control Panel, Edit Options, Thread Display Options and change it there.

Nevermind, I like your idea better. Just tell em to redo their filter.

I would like to add that you must hit "show threads" after setting time frame. I managed to miss that for some reason.
