Ryzom

So here it is, I have a friend who is currently playing ryzom with a trial account. She wants to continue playing, but won't have the money to pay for the full subscription until 2 days after her trial version ends. My question is, will she be able to reactivate the account she was playing on and have her characters/items on it too?
