I have recieved todays patch and have tried to play the game but every time i click on I Accept i get a message telling me Error:this shard is closed, Can anybody help me with this problem or tell if they are experiencing the same difficulties.

Sorry disregard this as i have just realised im in the wrong place

Really, check the klient, you could see there and in other posts that the server is patching today. So the servers will be up soon!
