Can't play for longer than 30 minutes

every time i log on, i am never sure how long i will be able to play. usually, i get about 30 minutes to play straight, then i get kicked off... sometimes, i get kicked off immediately. now that my death penalty is through the roof, id like to get this solved if its possible. my error message is the following:

any help would be greatly appreciated, i would love to be a useful healer, but without being able to play long, i cant be reliable. please help me play !

Hello,
Could you run the configuration tool and under the Display settings make sure you're running in OpenGL? That should fix your problem.

running in openGL did nothing, still crashed, here is the error:

btw.. edit out your ip address, so then you cant blame anyone for hacking into your computer or something.....

I get this exact same error. My crashes are a little more spaced out than his as far as time goes. Sometimes it takes 10min, sometimes it can be hours. and on very few nights, i get lucky to not crash at all.

Any resolutions for this would be greatly appreciated. I just changed my video setting to make sure it uses open GL instead of auto, but if that doesn't fix it for me i'll probably email the techs
