Yeah, I get the "Selected shard not available" message... guess will keep trying though

I get the message - Error: Shard is closed.

Yeah, they said it was supposed to take 5 mins for server reboot.

It is approaching 35 mins as I'm writing this.

Now I am getting "Shard is closed" message. I check the server status page and it says its open. What's the deal?
