Uhmm weren't we supposed to get a free month??

So before the last biling cycle we were supposed to get a free month. Then we were all billed and told that they made a mistake and it would be free next billing cycle. Well i was just billed so what's the deal??

Are you on the 14 day trial? Only thing I know is my retail version that I bought is 30 days... but you have to CANCEL your account before your free trial is up or else you get billed...

I think you mean free week. And yes they did give the free week.

Started from release date.. (pre-ordered)

downtime? come over to europe and try playing with our day/night cycle, for us patches always occur in the prime-time

you know, i would love to live in europe, the 4 months i spent over there in all of the european countries proved to me that there is real woman in the world
i don't think i would be playing any mmorpg's if i lived in europe, i would be out checking out all the ladies
(there are great looking woman in america, dont' get me wrong, its just in the attitude
)

downtime? since release there's only be one time that there's been major downtime, taking down a server for 20 mins for a patch is more than reasonable. taking it down for several hours gets to be downtime
sorry to say but ALL servers crash and ALL software needs to be patched.
you show me a server that doesn't crash and i'll you show you a server that's not turned on
aslo you show me software without bugs and i'll show you software with less than 100 lines of code
i really hate people who want to get something for nothing
