Unable to post in ATS Forums

The ATS forums are completely empty, as those of us who participate on the ATS server do not have permissions to post in the ATS forums. (Most of us had ALL of our forums permissions unintentionally removed when accepted to the ATS, but we can now post in the general forums again.)
