Ryzom

Just installed the game today. Downloaded from Game Spot. 14 day trial period. During play after 20 or maybe 30 mins I would get a computer icon with a PLEASE WAIT and a red X on the computer cable. I wait and nothing happens. I have to reboot the game. This has happen atleast 7 times within a few hours. I'm using a AMD 64 Athlon 3500+ on a Asus A8V mobo with 1 gig of ddr. And a ATI 9550 vid card with 256 memory on it. I want to play..but not under these problems. Any help pls?

Try send in an ingame Tech Support Ticket. (Support tool in command bar > tech support)
or ask for tech support in Klients...

unzip, run. (Important!)remove the V from autoconnect before connecting. Enter user/pass from the Ryzom Client.
