We have a Linksys BEFSR81 v3 firmware version 2.45.5

What should I do? Is there anything I configure in the router (opening ports, etc) that will prevent this from happening?
If your having problems connecting or staying connected, try forwarding these ports in your router. 1000-3000 (TCP) and 47851 (UDP).

Hi,

We did have some issues with Linksys during the beta. If you've done the upgrade and you still have trouble you may need the following information.

In order to play to The Saga of Ryzom when you have a firewall, depending on its configuration, you might have to free some ports.

Here are the ports SoR uses:

UDP 47851
TCP 80
TCP 40916
TCP 43434

I hope this helps! If not, please feel free to post in the Technical Support forum. The CSR guys rock.
