Heh, OOC is a great idea and I try to stay IC, but in my experience SoR is more of a multiplayer and less of a roleplaying game.

It really depends on how and who you play with. Alot of chat is OOC mainly the regional/team/guild chats but I do find alot of players will play IC for local/face to face conversations. The regional/guild chats are usually used for orginising your friends so you dont always want to be IC when you're trying to get stuff done and fast.

I also feel that with more of the storyline making an impact, people will have more RP info to play with. In beta we had no storyline to immerse oursleves in so there was little in the way of RP.
