What happens if 14 days expire and I haven't bought the box?

Ok, I am on the 14 day trial, and I love the game, but I don't want to buy the box because it will take a long time to ship and I will miss weeks of gameplay.
So when the 14 days expire, and I don't cancel, will I just be charged $29.99 for the registration code(without having to buy the box) so I can keep playing without interruption?
