Error: the shard is closed

is the message I get after I click on 'I accept' in the EULA window. My only option from there is to click 'ok' and that takes me back to the EULA

Okay, the forums here indicated that the patch was done, but according to the chat client message, the patch will be done about 1130 ET. That would explain why the shard is indicating closed

Game has just had a patch its always down for a little bit after them soon be up again i hope heh
