You do get in on their new test server if you are a pre-orderer though, I have no desire for the armlet, but I will envy your access to that server. I'm sure lawrence or "admin" can elaborate more.

The Armlet of Atys features a skin that is unique in the game. It can further be used as a shield in combat, to absorb damage.
