I read in several guides to get Prospecting with source time 30, but I can't find it in the skill trees...

Am I just blind or simply stupid or just the uber noob?

Stanza name have changed since patch 1, now its source time +5s (or something like that, dont remember, at work atm).

Stanzas have been renamed. Sourcetime is now extended in bonus time steps, as xarrin mentioned already. These steps start out at +5 sec, going up to +7.5, +10, and so on. Notice that you'll also be able to have more source time by using a specialized prospection stanza, like forest prospection.

I'm new but I thought I'd ask if the bonus times for a node are stackable, that is are the stanzas able to be included in one custom action more than once. Has anyone tried that?
