Tradesystem - Drag n Drop?? - larger exchance "bag"?

i would love to see this implemented, its way too time taking when you sell items or move them to a mektoub packer at current state, you have to click a whole lot, wich could be way easier by using a drag n drop system...

Also when you exchance items with fellow players it would be nice with a larger "bag" instead of having to click accept, and then exchange all the time, i cant see why the bag is so small, when there in reality is no other limit then the bag limit on how much your allowed to give/recieve to a certain player...

Drag and drop between bag/packer/guild inv/apparment inv is already in game.

1. Press I to open you inventory.
2. Right click on the 'tab' eg Packer1
3. This will split the windows you will now have one for your bag and one for your packer.
4. drag items between the windows.

** sometimes it doesn't work - it kinda gets stuck :P **

If this happens - move an item using the right click, move to->packer1.

This then seems to fix the 'bug' and you can drag and drop normally!

Trade/Exchange - both this windows are restrictive as they transfer between two 'people' on the server. Checks must be made to avoid exploiting or item loss. Also with the trade window you need to set a price for each item even if its the default one :D

hope this helps....

lots can be found with the right click..... like filtering the 'user chat' to exclude specific channels.

The chat windows can also be split using the same right click on tab method.

If they wrote a manual for all the stuff you can do in the game and with the interface it would take a month to read :P

I have found loads of things in game and after 10 months, I still regularly find and am told find new stuff :D

Sharing is fun, learning is THE best feature of the game.

Eheh things in the game are not in the manual...
Things in the manual are not in the game...

You could as well read the Dark ages of Camelot manual to play Ryzom, that'll help you just as much :D

Hivey Waspy .... please don't be bitter and twisted :P

Miss you and your witty summaries!

The road of life is paved with good intentions ;)

What they intended to deliver and what they did deliver was not the same..... But that doesn't make them or the game bad.

Every game I have every played I go look at the guide books, usually after completing it..... and they are so out of date the moment they are printed!

I'm not, what made you think I was? I would have said the same things a month ago.

That was one of them... Could have said "RTFM doesnt apply to MMORPG's" :D

I didnt mean it that way. I am still waiting for the encyclopedia thingy and guild customizations; my real problem with Ryzom is that people are leaving it, Trykerland and Zorailand have been very quiet lately... what good is a MASSIVELY multiplayer online game, if the definition of 'massive' is 10-15 people in the main land main area for a given race? Their reasons for leaving are not mine, but I feel impacted. I didnt want to slide off topic, my post was only refering to the manual; you may have interpretted it differently from my other post?

PS: In january I'll be fired by my company (Sony) for restructuring... I'll have 1 year salary paid + extras... If I find a job I'll be heavilly taxed and I don't even get unemployement, my salary for that year is pretty good (3k euros a month) so I'm not worried. But I really dislike Sony as you can guess. Yet I am playing 3 of their games; and in January I'll have plenty more time to 'lose' on games. I'll probably try to find an unpaid job or I'll go crazy from inactivity... in this situation Ryzom will drive me mad with the lack of options to actually 'play' and not 'watch' a game. I'm not angry/twisted about it, I'm pretty happy as the thing I missed the most was freetime to work on my photography... I don't get bitter easily (mmmh maybe a bit towards Sony but even then, it's life and that won't stop me from buying their products if I judge they're worth my money)

This thread served its purpose - so lets talk, Players.

Tryker has been busy the last few days.... but in different places.

I don't see the usual high level harvesters around loria much tho!
This I can't understand as I find Harvesting way better under patch 21 than it ever was under 19!

Roots (ToT) is busy.

Fairhaven is very busy and I guess newbie island is too.

Judging by my armour/mat sales (earned just under 1 mill in 2 days @ defaultish prices 20-30k per piece ql100) people are hunting and they must be quite high level to ware that armour (ql100 hvy = const 90)

When I first played Ryzom I spend 1 month in newbie land, finding all the mat spots, helping new players. Basically having loads of fun.

The economy is stablising - people seem to get what they want when they want, and tend to go direct for 'special items' Very high damage weapons or supreme amps :P

Even with the reduced harvesters/no value missions/no outland supplier +20%, Crafting is very very profitable!

With inventories fixed (auto stacking, guild/appartments with larger bulk) storeage is no issue!

Hawlker now sell stuff - how people complained about that - now they just say the stuff they sell is useless :( some people are never happy!

If everyone stopped focusing on P2 and made something of what we already have. Like helping others! when the stuff does arrive in the patches it will be what more stuff.... I can't cope with all the things that are already here :P

How many of you umber fighter (lvl100+) have gone to the main town.... teamed with a newbie .... and just stood in front of the mobs to take the hits for them......?

So you don't get xp that way.... oh dear .... that new player will be greatful for the help ... and you get to show off in a nice way!!!

Opps ... seem to have wandered off in to a I think Ryzom is great :P

well I don't care ... 10 months from the first time I loaded the game.

I have visited almost all the land and almost all the places on the lands.....

I have forgotten more than I know now.

But I am still finding new things.... still rushing home to play. Still answering the basic questions. Still having a great time.
