Ryzom

Trying to install Patch 21 but it gets halted at 1.0 mb during the download/patch process. I get an error message that reads:

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Games\Saga of Ryzom\client_ryzom_rd.exe

abnormal program termination

Well I tried the recover exe but it didn't ddo anyn good so I had to reinstall and download everything over again. It took a long while, but it ultimately worked. =/

Good to see you're up and running . Sorry I couldn't get to you before you worked out your problem.

Even after reinstalling it, the game crashed in-game after I entered my apartment. It gave me the same error window/message before ending the process.

I'm getting this error as well as another but only when I try to launch the game, the patch process worked ok.
First error occurs after I agree to EULA.

This I assume to be linked to the music that now plays (I havent played in a few weeks so this might not be that new). If I click ignore in the error box, music starts to play and I go on to connect and reach the char selection screen. This happens every time.

When I select my "old" Tryker char (Snake) that I used to play with the game attempts to load and then crashes with the C++ error. I had some other chars setup that I have never used, I did this mainly to keep the char names. They load and play fine so I assume this error is connected with the skill tree being reset, maybe. This sux a bit as I had put many many hours into this char and was quite high in all skill trees.

Any advice on getting this char working again would be greatly appreciated.
