Challenges may be made to an opponent upto and including 3 places above you.
The contest must be witnessed by a Guide or GM.
New competitors may join by challenging one of the bottom 3 places.
The top 2 places in each league will go through to the Atys World Championship.
This table will be updated on a "regular" basis.

In game Jayne was nominated as winner of the mage league. Has this changed somehow or is this table wrong? I know she beat Zenchi.

weird i defeated mel and sipos in the last event but they are above me.
how much more battles did you do after i left?

On behalf of FightMaster TeCapio, here are some answers to your questions.

Mages contest
Those who remained to the end fought upto 10 contests each.
Zenchi fought 10 and won 9 - so 9 points.
Jayne fought 9, won 7 and drew 1 - so 7.5 points.
Therefore Jayne was accidently announced as the winner lastnight, but it was also said that the results were to be confirmed when posted on the forums.

Jayne fought 1 less contest as the competitors she needed to face for further fights had left early.
The maximum possible was 11 Mage fights each for the evening, but due to players leaving early no-one actually achieved this.

Gladiator contest
Longblade - you fought 7 fights and won 4, lost 3 - 4 points
Melanija fought 10 and won 6 - 6 points
Sipos fought 10 and won 6 - 6 points
Even though they both won 6 points, Sipos is placed above Melanija because Sipos won their personal duel.
It was possible for each Gladiator to take part in 14 contests, but no-one achived this. The most fought by one Gladiator was 10 fights, again due to contestants leaving early.

Remember this is only the first day of the contest to get some initial positions, you now have the opportunity to climb up the table in your own time.

now one more question how do we arrange duels.

or will there be a certain time put up when the gm will be at a certain place and where you can challenge your opponents?
