I good point was made that at the moment we have no way of telling the time or the season’s

So I’m voting yes to a time gauge of some sort something that tells us the day time, the season even the Atys year ( and why not a weather gauge for Harvesters ) all these things give you prospective to your place in the Ayts world.

At least it snows in trykerland now... so I'm guessing it's winter

I've previously passed this request on to Nevrax, they are aware that players would like to see this.

YAY SNOW!!!

I have a distant memory of my first sight of water in Ryzom!!! (9+ months ago).

It made me stop in my tracks and stare!!!

Then I found I could swim it in ...... Since that moment I have been 100% hooked on this game.

2 days ago in the Lagoons of Loria.... it was raining ... then all of a sudden ... SNOW!!!!

After making it to a safe zone (always a good idea in the lagoons!) I just had to watch it float to the ground

The proceeded to send tell to everyone, including a GM saying how wonderful the snow was!!!!


As for the weather/seasons/time/day/year ... we used to have them on the login screen (removed at retail) and many harvesters have been asking for an ingame clock/calander etc

I am sure it will come in time (Patch 2) would be a great time to put it in!!!!

How do u tell the other seasons, what if you are in PR or Fyros.

I keep getting messages telling me resources are not available in this season or weather conditions, fine but should I travel all round Atys just to see if its raining somewhere or if its snowed in Tryker.

The more I think about it the more it makes sense.

It used to say on start up what day season we were in why has it stopped.

Trust me, after FBTing Tryker, then final Beta-ing Tryker, then retail-ing Tryker.

Seeing snow there for the first time is both a wonderful and inspiring!

It adds to my faith that I am living in a world that is truely changing.

That has life and a future!

That its not always going to be the same.

ONE DAY THE LAKES WILL FREEZE! or maybe dry-up !!!!

I am sure that we have had tides (water levels rising/falling!)

Don't even think of staying away .... return and return now Atys needs every homin.
